Frank and Margaret Marvin have established a 2-year scholarship for students that will attend a 2-year college, trade or technical school. Students must achieve a high school cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale, and be enrolled as a full-time student of ISD #690 their junior and senior years. The 2021 award is up to $6,000 to be applied toward tuition and student fees only, and is renewable for one additional year at the same rate. Two scholarships to be given to one (1) female and one (1) male senior student at Warroad High School.
